Hopefully an announcement will ne made in the next couple of days to clarify this somewhat - though in the past they seem to have confused things more!
At least ann announcement telling us how much is recovered and how much is still down there would give us a guide as to how they are really progressing. Anyhow, this announcement gives grounds for some hope.
