Could be HOPU scrambling for the exit.
This would be particularly bad news because (a) HOPU is our largest institutional shareholder (250M shares), (b) they have connections in Beijing to facilitate the CNNC deal, and (c) being on the PDN BOD they may have up to date information on the current status of the CNNC talks (therefore an ominous sign of things to come)
Does anyone know if PDN Directors are currently in a trading window?
