The whole 457 thing is a crock in the building industry...
I worked on a job in regional NSW and the majority of the plasterers couldn't speak english.
Cant tell me they couldn't have filled the positions locally.
Just another way to lower wages...Maybe the ABCC can look into it on their way round.
