That would seem unlikely. If he was bullish he'd just buy up then spruik the stock rather than digging up dirt for months.
Bottom line is the company has pretty mediocre management and disclosure, however we can't say for sure how this will end up playing out for holders. Yes the numbers look attractive but DFM won't attract Aussie insto money - far too much uncertainty.
Best to just review the price in 6 months and in 12 months - then we will know who was correct and who was wrong about this stock.
