Some of the above for sure... They also aren't throwing in piles of money to get everything moving faster, i.e second drill rig, more staff for exploration and catalogueing (i know i've spelled that wrong) of potential new resources across their claim..
That being said, as long as no one has the expectation of ultra fast results, the aboce is a good thing...
Thorough, well planned, and not burning through cash... All contribute to stronger future and better eventual return for long term holders...

And all that being said, I feel like they have picked up the pace now, and are reaching a stage where every new step complete is a potential catalyst for movements, and they could start coming thick and fast from those first assays being reconciled for Seymour..

Not as familiar with SYA progress, so can't speak to that as to why they would be faster..
6 weeks from discovery to Jorc is very fast though in comparison to any company...
