Right, so your basis for saying that "BUPA is now more than ever expected to perhaps leave the Australian medical insurance landscape" is because BUPA is registered in Britain, its articles of association make reference to British members and it's acronym had the word "British" in it.
These minor technicalities, which have been in existence for years, are the reason BUPA is now on the cusp of exiting Australia.
Oh, that and some obscure article published in 2009 by some uncredentialised author?
That's the case for the industry transforming event that will be a BUPA exit.
