Many have been holding this from previous runs and may be getting out. I bought more @0.055 and am happy to join the big global fund Firebird and JV partner ISIS. Been trading the past few weeks and it is now a firm accumulate and hold imo. and yes the recent buying has been very determined and I would guess very well informed.
