I attended one of the road show in Perth. Stefan CEO of Lifespot told me that they are breakeven... The revenue is predominantly from B.Barun which is generating 5.4b euros of revenue annually... B.Barun will also be launching Lifespot platform at a larger scale in Feb-March 2017... That would be a serious game changer for Lifespot...
Now if you keep in mind 6m EV and 6M spent on the tech so far, it seems like vendor is getting very little value... Register is tight as Stefan said Seed investors want 4 to 5 bags as minimum from the listing price...

A bit about Stefan... He did the last IPO in 2000 and that was 150 times over subscribe... I will share more info when I will have it handy...

So IMO its going to be another cracker IPO... So far CFO, INT and DTZ have been very good to me... But this one I am very excited as well...
