just check the website. They updated it. Until last Friday it read:
Start-up for the Langer Heinrich Uranium Mining Operation is expected in September 2006 with a targeted annual production of 2.6 million pounds U3O8 and a minimum project life of 17 years.
Completion of the BFS at Kayelekera is expected in December 2006
And now?
Production has commenced on the Langer Heinrich Uranium Project in Namibia and a BFS is near completion on the Company’s Kayelekera Project in Malawi.

So in my opinion the BFS will come out by end of this month.
