Just received this email back !
are still suspended pending a request from the judge for the ASX and ASIC to be present at a meeting next Thursday. This is to give him confidence there was no dishonesty for this clerical error.
All the Directors are comfortable that they have done nothing wrong here, however unfortunately we have to wait another week. Believe you me I am as frustrated with this as you are.
I will prepare a market update for release and put this out early next week as i am have been focused on assisting getting the company back on the boards
