The BCM litigation was mentioned as a contingency in the last annual report - see pages 150/151

PRU did not include an amount in its balance sheet for this cost as they thought they were not going to pay. The claim was for USD22m, of which $8m was paid out after the liquidation of a company.
I have not checked, but I assume this matter would also have been mentioned in the quarterly filings on the TSX, but I do not recall reading about this matter in the quarterly reports released on the ASX.
