Not sure AYS can target boardband customers while ISP such as TPG, Optus, VOC and many others holding their existing customers very tight. For example, I was an Origin electricity and gas customer, AGL has marketing me with a very attractive offer. I have contacted Origin to cut over, but Origin wanted fight to death by offering a better deal no matter what to keep its customer, finally I stayed with Origin and refused to switch the supplier. The question here is how does AYS target boardband users via its mobile phone customer channels?
