This is where we disagree....it is a policy, not a law, as as such it cannot be enforced....there is no way for Federal labour to do so....it can't very well delist WA Labour without shooting itself in the foot, as Carpenter is a popular and well-respected premier in WA, and in the absence of ANY opposition or HUGE scandal his term in office is indefinate.

So how do you force Carpenter and Crew to comply?? What avenues can be taken to make this happen.
He certainly has the WA people behind him on this issue.
