    I don't see how there can be on-going amicable mediation after five months. In fact, this fiasco could never end amicably anyway due to the nature of the issue at hand; there can be no negotiated win-win outcome. There will be a winner and a loser, in fact two losers if FAR gets it's way. After five months it should be obvious that neither FAR nor the Senegal government have anything with which to compel COP to issue a proper PE right notification. That being said however, in one of Ian's emails he did allude to the fact that this "process", for want of a better term, does rely to an extent on decisions by the government (whatever than means). If true, for a government eager to get this sorted in a timely fashion they don't appear to be leading by example.

    Anyway, once all this is over I look forward to the in-depth ASX release that will explain this entire debacle, warts and all, that I know all holders are entitled to. Hell, who am I kidding? The first thing they probably did was sign a confidentiality agreement whilst inside the Cone of Silence itself just for good measure....
