I think you are correct at one point he says "we are continuing to find" he then hesitates and ummms stumbles into using the word "significant" he then hesitates, has a big gulp smacks his lips and comes up with the word "opportunities".

It's clear he wanted to use other words, possibly "significant drill results", "significant intercepts" who knows, but he knows something he can't say.
