I have reviewed the broker reports on the MLX website in conjunction with my various valuations methods and though the brokers may be bullish due to their vested interest, it's a long way above what your more conservative valuation is viz. Those two say WGX at $3.15-3.20. I accept the reason for that is you're not pricing for future production growth whereas they are (but not for optionality).
