Directors Interests
The Company announces that on 5 January 2007 Dr. Henry Pinskier acquired 165,000 ordinary shares at A$0.2 per share. Following this purchase and the expiry of options he is interested in 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and 500,000 options.
The Company also announces that following the expiry of options on 5 January 2007 and the purchase of 120,000 shares by Ross Horley on 5 January 2007 at an average price of A$0.2067 per share and the purchase of 69,500 shares by him on 9 January 2007 at an average price of A$0.2078 the following directors are interested in the following number of ordinary shares and options in the Company.
