16% Buy - but interesting is that the trend direction is strengthening, yesterday barchart opinion had this at about the same as strength, which was minimum, don't know who relies on these.
IMO folks are either getting in now or increasing their holdings because FGR must be very very close to announcing they have hit that vein. Very close.
