Well skip it's not just existing borrowers that will affected, higher rates will mean lower borrowing capacity..you should know - the opposite of what reducing rates do. Lower capacity to borrow mean lower capacity to bid up house prices, in fact the warning revolves around lower bidding prices due to lower borrowing capacity driving market prices lower.

The property side of my investment portfolio isn't short term , i expect prices to go down , its healthy .
