I eat fish probably 3 times a week, big fan. My apologies if im not making sense, theres not many posts on the css board so I just assume most people have read all the recent ones.
To clarify my points.
1. I think Foster sucked. I think he did a B grade job with A grade pay. Maybe I am focusing on the bad points, maybe he made up for it in other areas. Maybe it was difficult to get things done at css, I know how it feels to be in an organisation where you feel as though you have lead in your boots. If theres something Im not giving the guy credit for then I would like to know
2. If you read a lot of the previous posts by Andy he brings up his wife a lot. I understand that they had a relationship problem and this may play a role in his desire to get big gains out of css to make up for lost gains elsewhere which he blames his wife for. I dont agree with trying to play catch up, as Ive done it myself before, and the related anger problems it can bring and finger pointing are better left behind and a fresh start made. I wish him all the best, but in a lot of posts i make with claims that are based on fact (along with a sprinkling of assumptions, i.e "probably not a good vet" for example)
3. I'm a strong believer in Australia and our potential to remain an innovative country. I believe that aquaculture could be part of this mix (we saw what happened with the one trick pony mining boom back in 08', diversification in the economy appears a better strategy imo). In this end I really hope css succeeds, but i dont wish to have to pay for it again. I did lose some cash on css, but not a great deal, nothing to warrant a string of anger ridden downramps that many may perceive my fact laden posts to be. I do have anger (which I should let go of, refer P2), but the anger arises from watching a company that could be a roaring success and of benefit to Australia (and my love of sushi; which by the way how much kingfish did you get in your last sushi pack? None. Where is it? I would eat it, but its never there unless its an expensive restaurant). Instead you hear things like "were going to try tuna again, we found out you have to keep them in water or they die so we're half way there. It will only cost about 10 mill more". To be honest its like the old schoolers (is it steer or hagen or whatever) keep pushing it onto the agender out of some miss place pride (I can feel their anger now). We lost. I was part of it, i owned part of the company for years, i believed. Let me say it again. We lost. Now its time to let go. I know you spent a lot of time, money and sweat. I get it. It is a difficult task, Im not denying this. And the company grew into something else. It happens. But now that something else is CSS. So focus on this.
Im to old to take s$%t anymore, and im just telling it like it is.
