The writing was on The Wall for Bellamys when it got into bed with the Scandalous Fonterra. When it comes to children, consumers have long memories and 'once burnt..... twice shy'...
Also, A2's competitive advantage of digestive compatibility has always been the not so secret weapon that captured a big chunk of their Market Share.
Additionally, a diversified target market (i.e. selling milk products to adults) makes A2 less vulnerable in my opinion.
