I'll post sometimes due to I feel that some communication is better than none. We communicate on Facebook and other forms of Social media, so why not all forums.
Obviously I can only comment on already released material, that's my restriction.
And to say that, the company stands behind their ASX announcements.
If you wish to ask about the history of the Company, maybe best you come to the General Meetings or AGM to voice your opinions to the Board, that's a better open legal forum.
We have had some serious threats from HC posters professionally and personally, which we have had our legal immediately report these individuals to the appropriate Authorities. So yes this is a risk, though I feel it best to at least communicate in some way. A tough move, though at the end of the day, all people on this forum are interested in the success of IOT and its Shareholders.
As I mentioned, if you have questions about the past, please come to our IOT General Meetings to voice your concerns or appreciation. We had a GM about two weeks ago, I didn't see any of you there, that would have been a great forum to discuss any of your issues, concerns or even your great ideas.
As mentioned on the IOT:ASX Business update, we are off to the US Sunday/Monday with sales kit and products to demonstrate to US Buyers and Agents. The release said that all products will be presented for those that keep asking that same question.
In due course, the company will inform its shareholders via an ASX business update on progress once information has been received from the Sales and Tech team.
So you can bag me, complain about me, complain about IOT, though we are making an effort within the strict laws of ASX and ASIC to communicate with all our interested parties and shareholders.
There is no reason why I started to post other than there is a lot of misinformation brought about by either disgruntled ex employees or companies in opposition. I just thought I would make some effort to communicate. If I feel that its a waste of my time, I will need to cease my efforts.
IOT really do appreciate your interest in IOT.
