Someone is selling shares so that he can take over the company.
He is either a small shareholder (less than 5%) because he does not have to notify ASX of a 1% reduction in shares or he is an illegal operator but not worried about being found out.

Once he has sold his shares at a price at a price he knows is below below market value he will buy the company at this low value.Me you and other shareholders will meekly hand over over our shares at the price the capper offers.Directors who have a blocking interest, (about 22 %)and who have no idea about the value of the shares will gladly divest of them to the capper who will scoop them all up for about 15c.
The top 20 shareholders who hold over half the shares will do the same.
Somehow I think not
