UT, lets get something straight before we go any further - I ain't complaining..I'm just making an argument that its not good for a number of reasons and that it should be changed as the way it is set up currently it is unnecessary and it magnifies risks for the system as it encourages speculation and that speculation contributes to affordability issues which can contribute to social and other economic issues.
What goes around..those who argue for it also think the opposing side don't understand - so cut the crap..
