    re: issue and burey As I said at the start of this thread, refer to 2.11 in the prospectus "The new shares will not carry the entitlement to an in-specie distribution by the company of shares in Burey Gold.."
    A few replies seem to have missed that. Still time to get some, just.
    I hold but let the offer pass.
