    The question now is, will EVM back up its threats with any actions.

    'We refer to the agreement dated 29 February 2016 ...

    EVM hereby expressly reserves its rights under the Agreement and notifies that if Valentia does not pay the funds it undertook to pay under the Agreement by 2 December 2016,  EVM may proceed to exercise all or any of its rights under the Agreement.'
