Worth noting the $750k is for the collaboration, not PYC, so no, not non-dilutive capital. Doesn't change PYC's financials one iota I wouldn't have thought.
The two things that bother me are the 4 year time frame for the study and that they are now trying it in conjunction with something else 'better'. I'm always a little concerned academics are perpetually chasing the 'next best thing' and never really delivering something tangible/commercial.
Bottom line here though is that it will have no impact on the outcomes current shareholders are concerned about.
