I will bet anyone here any amount of money that EVM's rights under the agreement would amount to the ability to terminate the agreement at any time, and not much else.

If anyone thinks they have any other rights then please let me know what you think they might be. The right to sue? Anyone already has that right. Good luck going down that path, it ain't going to happen, for a whole host of reasons, including... they're the ones (Valentia) who want to buy stuff off EVM, for example, it would be like Harvey Norman suing you because you've repeatedly told them you're going to buy a washing machine and you've said to them you're about to send the money (ad nauseum) and you haven't. Will not happen, particularly given it's an overseas party. Only my opinion of course.

Any other possible rights anyone can think of?
