Does it matter if MoU2 is ann in Dec or Feb; I don't think so

This is a conservative f/c, and has not factored possible MoU4,5,6 yet:

"Sentry = 100 fpb = $30m
MoU2 = 150 fpb , + $40m?
MoU3 = 200 fpb, + $60m?

Total
MoU1-3 = $130m, June 2019
or
Milestone 4 brought fwd by 12 to 18 months.

That means M1 to M3, is as easy as abc "
