MZN is a flea on an elephant. Good luck MZN proving a contract when one wasnt drawn up or signed and exchanged.

Emails may signal intent but not final contract terms. Agreements even in principle are not contracts, they are intentions but there are many elements to a contract....and all must be in tact to hold.
Intention,Offer Acceptance, Agreement, Consideration, and then estoppels of capacity, exchanges, unresolved final terms.

MZN have buckleys of proving.Thats Buckleys chance. KDR does not have to prove a contract didnt exist to a party they didnt create a contract with. MZN lose and lose big.

KDR will counter sue for fees and win. And that will be a couple more mil in the kitty.

Todays JORC is exceptional and it might take a few days to absorb but back to 70c we go by Christmas.
