Short Term Trading Week Starting: 5th Dec, page-91

Hi ST Traders,
Hoping some wisdom could get spread on this.

My brother and I have been trading for a little over a year now. As I am not old enough the accounts are in his name. This is an issue as it will push him to the next tax bracket.

Would it be worthwhile getting an ABN and putting the trading accounts through a business name. This is something that I planned to do but it appears that it may have to be done sooner.

Also would is there any laws or regulations that may be abide by in order to have a smooth flowing operation without any hiccups from the ATO.

Any advise is appreciated.... Thank You
