Is Turnbull a drowning man?

Poor Malcolm is investigating a Carbon Tax mark 2. Also it appears that he fed Hinch a 2 year wait period to introduce the ABCC.

So it appears that he is blaming his poor election showing on not being Green enough.

His deal with Hinch shows someone who doesn't understand Liberal ideology or even understand gangsters.

Of course he just wanted things to pass the Senate so that he could brag with "look at me look at me".

If Shorten is a crass opportunist then what does that make Turnbull?

Is he engineering a split? If so would a rump LNP join forces with ON?
