in some ways the hard work has been done ---> 3 top shelf hospitals are signed up and are ready to participate in the SMARTCOUGH-C study. the study will proceed, don't worry about that

but for now it's a waiting game ... buy, hold or sell ... each to their own

if RAP is ultimately successful in its first FDA submission in 2017, then that will immediately open any number of potential doors and pave the way for a roll-out of further FDA submissions
