For the following reasons above KDR heads back to 80c PLUS

1, JORC proves what company has been saying and executing. KDR hold perhaps Australia's biggest and best Spondumene deposits. World class. $130m MC...please. What a joke.

2. MZN have attempted to pull KDR's MC down with a ridiculous, frivilorous and extortionate law suit that has ZERO chance of succeeding. And now given the JORC, CR and Balance Sheet its a flea on an Elephant. KDR get an extra mil or two in lawsuit fees and MZN are but a memory. The market can now begin to re-rate KDR and targets and restore MC.

3. KDR deserve 100% the benefit of the doubt not MZN. ALl of KDRs MC should be restored (until proven otherwise) not taken away until the obvious MZN BS is realised. KDR had NO contract with MZN. NO Board Decision or Investment Committee sign off and no Written contracts signed and sealed and exchanged. If MZN had this it would be in the domain and produced and shown to the media and others. They do not. So why has market been so hard on KDR ? This wrong nees to be corrected. MZN should be at 1c or lower not KDR knocked down from 80c to 40c and $150m MC eroded.

4. Time for KDR to go back to 80c. MZN have produced squat, didly squat, nada, zilch, zip, Niete, NOTHING, totally zero evidence. So why is KDR punished. They have not misled and been straight all along. Why should market treat KDR with such disrespect because of hearsay unsubstantiated, unsupported accusation by a tiny peanut company, trying to basically legally extort KDR. Its wrong and markets have this wrong.

5. KDR Back to 80c - $1.00 PLUS on JORC confirmation, further Lith finds, and legal case 100% expected to gain zero traction on zero evidence and facts, and MZN to 0.5 of cent where it belongs.

6. A ton of other reasons which is the business and Investment case of KDR, outlined in 100 posts on HC and equity research reports. Expect major re-rates in days ahead and big NPV producing annoucements..offtakes, etc.
