MZN churned nicely at 1.6 and could've easily closed at 1.7, also a slight show of confidence resumed in the options with 0.001 cleared and bid loaded.

I'm still quietly confident in MZN winning the case I mean they were after lithium all along KDR is a gold explorer, that even stated earlier in the year that the number one interest to add value was a gold resource.
Look at it this way, why would MZN pursue this if they weren't confident? Especially right when they're about to drill they're own prosperous land,

The market knew this was coming months ago in my opinion hence why KDR was sold down and MZN accumulated with volume.
Finally how was the confidence and confirmation in the market when MZN announced the case, if anyone wasn't already set they certainly got onboard that day taking MZN to a new high.

Anyway that's enough speculation.
I'm sure we'll all be updated very soon.

Also I have nothing against KDR and have traded it on many occasions even since the case, at the end of the day profit is profit.

"Why would MZN pursue this if they weren't confident ?" Because they can. The opportunity presented itself and they took . They wont win . But that is not to say this is not a master stroke on their part . The BoD will be OK . They will be very OK . On yeah . All IMHO only.
