It's also a bit of a joke.. Trap existing shareholders into terrible terms and nobody expected to be locked this long.. then not get funds because lets face it the deal is terrible, the technology is not but to then go and beg your existing shareholders who you have royally screwed for funds is a joke. Is anyone actually participating?
The directors should dig into their own pockets.
