Yep two thoughts takeover or hedge funds preparing for a huge short attack its been accumulated for a while now drive price down then bid to frustrated holders a premium oldest trick in the book fail at that keep shorting
In light of regulations changing like the wind holders would be wise to take 2.80 3 dollars in a takeover or if they short it to death 2 dollars could be the bid
Games been played pressure about to be applied after this accumulation phase
