Hi PB,
NRW has/dad two different loans with ANZ. From memory, interest rate was 11%-13%.. I'm pretty sure I read this in their 2015 Annual report. I'll try to get a reference to this later in the day. If I rely on my memory, with 7.5% they will save a fair bit.
Other key point is that they will ammortise these notes over the 4 year period. Basically, this means that they will pay principal and interest in equal instalments over th 4 yr period, just like their current agreement with ANZ.
