I emailed the MD 3 days ago and he said and I quote: "We were somewhat taken aback by the rapid interest in Rubicon for such a large float and over the Christmas period, so the over-subscription has caught us by surprise. We are still putting together the applications and will work on as fair an allocation of shares as possible. There will certainly be an allocation of shares to the public, but I cannot say what this will be at present".

So I don't know what language your horse's mouth is speaking :-)
