fintronics s a shell with some dud ivestments which they hope to sell and not cost them any money. The balance is the china atm biz and they effectively control that business already. I wouldnt get too hung up about how much they own of fintronics. Any board decision that they make will always favour Customers and their jv partners....the old board are in retreat.
