you might be right on the timing of a couple of weeks - but, he did say at the meeting that results would be about 2 weeks - that was over a week ago - so, my guess is that the assays 'should' be in early next week.

He won't know the assays until they come in - so, I can't see any reason that we know of why he can't buy atm.
