Sheesh people are so MICRO-management when it comes to shares....

Its not a huge amount in the whole scheme of things..
and only management will know the real reason...
which could be anything from :-

* He was told to...
* He had to due to personal reasons..
* He has a Boat to pay for...

If he dropped that many shares on the stock market it would effect the price and it would take him time..

Don't let the little things get in the way....
