I talked to them months ago though not about this. MGM just got a large contract with the Queensland gov. Already where cash flow positive and are using the R&D grants to build this new business. They are no mugs have years of experience dealing with state governments with the schools SMS/app business. Not to mention years of perfecting(successfully) their own apps and systems including the webpages.
