The company did notify us on 9th September 2016 that settlement had been reached and that the terms and conditions remain confidential. The only reason we are finding out that shares were issued is because the Company is required to lodge the required Appendix 3B with the ASX and the cash component had to be reported in the 4C. The shares were only issued on 1 December so I don't see any conspiracy by management to withhold the information from shareholders.
