Through periods of poor liquidity (no fresh news) some people sell out of boredom, or to buy another stock or to pay for something (around Christmas for eg.) or to go on a holiday or if they'll be on a holiday and don't want to think/worry about their stocks. Remember when someone just hit the 12.5 cent bid last week and the last traded price had been 18 cents. Maybe had nothing to do with the fundamentals of AHK. It was just a holder wanting to get out...like, now!
When one person decides to hit the bid it can trigger stops sitting in the market or placed with brokers. (see 17 minute delay (between 12.5 cents and 12 cents then 11 cents at the same time as the 12 cent trade went off) in course of sales today so it looks like it was a stop order placed with a broker to me)
so when someone sold at 12 cents which then triggered another sale at 12 cents on stop for 27,436. there was only 22,000 on the bid at 12 cents and the next best bid was 11 cents hence the balance of the order was done at market ie. 11 cents
painful I know but that's just how thin stocks roll
these stocks require patience and a longer term approach - if a stock like this can go to say 50 cents over 2017 (just an example price) then you have to ride the waves that the weak/bored/other hands make happen
now as a caveat, and DYOR and all that - I'm not saying that AHK can't and won't go lower - anything can happen at any time with any company however I simply suggest that the selling of late in AHK are for the reasons above as opposed to any sinister fundamental reason.
