"Offtake agreement from a supplier" What supplier then?
The current supplier as reported back by someone is the SL government, who has 140 years stockpiles as reported back as well from the meeting. Then that's supply agreement not "offtake".
An "offtake" only refers to "the future production".
That is why I am curious about what "offtake" meant in the announcement.
1. offtake agreement to supply SL vein graphite,
2. offtake agreement to supply graphene produced from SL vein graphite
3. offtake agreement to buy SL vein graphite from others.
Are you really clear about what you are talking about and what the announcement means?
No one would call an agreement "off-take" if the supplies can be provided immediately.
