We believe now that this application is the only way we will have the opportunity to review the DSH accounts and obtain copies of the Directors and Officers Insurance policies.

We are proposing this application would be made with six plaintiffs, who have a range of purchase dates and losses. We intend to file this application as joint counsel with another law firm so that we can share the costs. We are asking if you would be interested in being a plaintiff as we need shareholders who purchased their shares over a spread of dates across the life of DSH. We are particularly looking for shareholders who purchased in the initial public offering of DSH or in 2014.

Lawyers throwing out a net to see if others want to share the "cost". Tip. Stay as far away from this stuff as possible (the "cost" will be given to the plaintiffs). People that sadly lost money on this have became a carcass. Lawyers (the vultures) are always looking to take any scraps of meat from said carcasses if they can. Have a hot chocolate or a bex and a good nights sleep and best of luck with further investments. This is the stuff of ongoing emotional turmoil and best left alone. Better yet its best left unposted
