Uplifts in remuneration fee: If CG can use the performance of 200% increase to obtain 60.000.000 incentive shares which is .005 base, I am not sure why the cap is minimum of $300,000 per annum.CG certainly had no doubt about his performance in requesting the performance shares , wish he was as confident with the decrease.
