Your redicule of the microsoft link ,is in total disregard of the facts, in earlier days ,yes their name was thrown around badley,but now they heavily monitor it and if quoted out of context expect a writ.

It has been said that GCN is too tightly held amongst the top sharehilders, this can be a distraction for some investors,with the German market taking off over the past week (about 1.5 mil by my count) with little stock available ,something has to crack. New investors are likely to approach the company for special lines or placement, this creates a more orderly market.
I note that there is a build up of buyers with significant nos,not surprising in light of recent announcements, A more liquid market is a bonus for investors ,they do not become victims of spikes that occur from time to time,often brought about by overseas market makers that short stock and rush for cover when no real volume is available.
My guess is is one of the dynamics currently in play
