He said that when he will get the feedback from NLC board meeting he will have a better feel for that and we need the MPA to start spending capital on the project . NLC have said " we have got this allocation ,we wanna spend it",and they have to spend it before the end of March and get this agreement in place very quickly, they are motivated so they budget allocation can continue but it also need to go through the process at their board level.
